A robust infrastructure linked to self analysis is the backbone
of Autostart.

This comprises all state-of-the-art machinery and instrumentation, further strengthened by lean manufacturing and shorter turn-around time. The production facilities comply to the parameters set for ISO 9001.

The infrastructure of Autostart’s strategically located manufacturing facility at Faridabad is on the cutting-edge of modern technology. The plant is equipped with ultra-modern machinery, procured from renowned manufacturers from across the world. All machinery and processes are IoT enabled and conform to Industry 4.0 norms. The plant follows lean manufacturing methods including single piece flow and cellular modes for optimum output of products.

Thus the infrastructure includes

  • CNC Machine Shop of upgraded machinery for turning components.
  • Press Shop with pneumatic systems for sheet metal components.
  • An Assembly Shop with systems to monitor precision in wiring of alternators, armatures, generators, solenoid switches, starter motors, etc.
  • An updated Moulding Shop for commutators & switch end cap assembly.
  • Forging Shop for drive assemblies & switch end cap assembly.
  • Heat Treatment facility to test quality of in-house jobs.
