Located strategically in Faridabad, Autostart's manufacturing facility utilizes cutting-edge technology. State-of-the-art machinery, sourced from renowned global manufacturers, ensures efficient production. The plant further implements Industry 4.0 practices, with all machinery and processes IoT-enabled for optimal performance. Additionally, Autostart employs lean manufacturing methods like single piece flow and cellular manufacturing to maximize production output.

Thus the infrastructure includes

  • CNC Machine Shop of upgraded machinery for turning components.
  • Press Shop with pneumatic systems for sheet metal components.
  • An Assembly Shop with systems to monitor precision in wiring of alternators, armatures, generators, solenoid switches, starter motors, etc.
  • An updated Moulding Shop for commutators & switch end cap assembly.
  • Forging Shop for drive assemblies & switch end cap assembly.
  • Heat Treatment facility to test quality of in-house jobs.
